Take it slow

Eat slowly and with awareness. Take your time while eating and preparing food. Try not to eat in front of a screen. Pay attention to what you’re eating. Make sure that you drink enough water during the day, and that you’re eating enough fruits and vegetables. Also, it’s best to make a meal plan for the next few days before you go grocery shopping. This will make it easier for you to eat in a more health-conscious manner, especially during a time when the refrigerator is a constant presence!
