Alcohol

According to the Addiction Yearbook of 2020, 36.9 million German adults between the ages of 18 and 64 drink alcohol, which is approximately 72% of this age group. Of these, just under 6.7 million people exhibit risky alcohol consumption, i.e. they drink so much that it can have serious health consequences for them. Alcohol is served and consumed on numerous occasions. For example, wine and beer are also served at our events. So we don't want to forbid you alcohol, but we do want to make it a topic. First and foremost, we want to provide you with information so that you can better assess your own consumption.

For example, do you know how much alcohol is considered risky consumption?

And what exactly are the rules of the road - can I still drive after three glasses of wine?

Can I calculate for myself how much per mille I have after how many drinks?

And what can I actually do about that nasty hangover the next morning?

Regardless of whether you plan to change your drinking behavior or not - it's definitely a good idea for you and your fellow human beings if you inform yourself about the topic. That's why we've compiled the most important information for you here. Have fun with it and cheers!
