Campusletics is an obstacle course that tests your strength, coordination and endurance right here at TUK. Based on a popular fitness trail, this course’s various stations wind through campus and into the surrounding forest. Modern training equipment and urban trends such as calisthenics are combined with the calm of running in nature. Steps and inclines have also been built into the course.
Campusletics is a combination of the terms “campus” and “athletics.” This course is suitable for both beginners and advanced athletes. The course offers everyone the opportunity to work out according to their own performance level. The information boards at the stations explain every exercise and their varying levels of difficulty. You can also find helpful tips by scanning a QR code on your smartphone. Campusletics can be used by anyone directly on at TUK, 24/7!
